About this pick
Rhonda Patrick asks whether Joe takes his fish oil in pill form or "like Carlson's, where you get it in the bottle and take spoonfuls". Joe confirms Carlson's is what he takes, three tablespoons at a time.
Why it came up
- The liquid Joe takes by the spoonful rather than in capsules
- He names the brand himself when Rhonda Patrick asks what he uses
- Patrick points to the international fish oil standards testing as the thing to check
Hear it for yourself
