About this pick
Talking to Andy Stumpf about the neck damage decades of jiu-jitsu left him with, Rogan describes the Iron Neck in detail - a halo you tighten down with a chin strap, pulled against about fifty pounds of bungee resistance - and says he swears by it and no longer has neck problems.
Why it came up
- Rogan's own words: I swear by that thing, and I don't have any neck problems anymore
- A halo and chin strap worked against roughly 50 lbs of bungee resistance
- He says having one earlier could have avoided a lot of his grappling injuries
Hear it for yourself
“I swear by that thing. It keeps your neck strong”
